Next Stop: SKM!

On 29 September, we arrived at another important stop on our journey – the Job and Entrepreneurship Fair organised by the Warsaw Labour Office.

This was already our third time taking part in the event, and it was certainly worth it!

From the very beginning, our stand attracted a great deal of interest. We welcomed many potential candidates, and conversations continued throughout the day. It was an excellent opportunity to show what can be found on board SKM – not only on our trains, but above all within our company.

We spoke about the diversity of roles and teams, career development opportunities, working conditions and employee benefits. We answered questions about everyday work and shared what makes SKM not only a stable employer, but also a place to gain experience, develop skills and pursue professional ambitions.

The conversations did not stop at our stand. The fair also provided an opportunity to meet many interesting people and connect with representatives of other companies and institutions. Exchanging experiences, discussing labour market trends and building new contacts created opportunities for future cooperation and inspiration.

We are delighted that, for the third time, we were able to take part in this event and show the human side of SKM – an employer built by people, for people.
